Meet Brandon!
Brandon Weinstock, PMHNP
Brandon Weinstock, PMHNP is our lead psychiatric provider, and has an enthusiastic passion for helping people. Leveraging his 15+ years of experience in the mental health field, Brandon founded Good Vibes Psychiatry in 2024 to offer patients the highest quality psychiatric care with a level of customer service that's just not feasible in typical insurance-based high-volume practices.
Good Vibes Psychiatry has been carefully and thoughtfully crafted to be the most pleasant and least PITA place to get great psychiatric care in Northern California.
Brandon is a California-licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and has worked with patients in virtually all levels of care, including community outpatient, intensive outpatient, high-acuity specialy outpatient, & psychiatric emergency room, and has taught psychiatric clinical courses at large universities including the University of Cincinnati, and Xavier University. Brandon was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and earned degrees from the University of Cincinnati and Wright State University. In 2019, Brandon relocated to California to work with underserved populations in Redding, and now through Good Vibes Psychiatry, Brandon is able to provide excellent psychiatric care to pateints throughout Northern California, with a current focus on serving patients in the greater Redding, Chico, Humboldt County, and Santa Cruz areas.
A lover of nature and the outdoors, Brandon also enjoys art & music, spending time with family, and playing with his enthusiastically friendly Goldendoodles. Known for being knowledgable, easy to talk to, and for having a caring and realistic approach to psychiatry, Brandon is genuinely excited to meet you and help you improve your moods, focus, and sleep. We keep it simple, predictable, and transparent.
Your very 1st appointment will be your Initial Assessment & Evaluation with your provider.
During this initial visit, we will setup your account, identify your needs & goals, assess and diagnose your symptoms, and then formulate & recommend a treatment plan to help get you get where you want to be, with good moods, good focus, and good sleep so you can feel and function better.
The one-time fee for your initial visit is $199, and will be charged to your card on file at the time of your 1st appointment.
By the end of your 1st appointment/initial assessment, if we're a good fit for you ongoing needs, you'll be offered the option of becoming a member and ongoing patient of Good Vibes Psychiatry.
There's no obligation to join, and just getting a one-time evaluation is perfectly ok.
For patients who decide to procede as an ongoign patient with a membership (which most folks do), all subsequent follow-up appointments are covered by your monthly membership dues, which are $149 per month, and are charged to your card on file at the beginning of each month.
If you move out of the state, or just dedcide you want to get your psych care elsewhere, just let us know you want to pause/cancel your membership - we'll turn off your autobilling and your membership will end as soon as the current month runs out.
There's no contractual obligation to stay beyond the current month you've already paid for.
If you decide you want to come back, we'll just restart your monthly membership dues, and you will not have to pay another startup fee.
